Camden Film Quarter will transform the industrial land around Regis Road in Kentish Town into a new creative neighbourhood at the heart of Camden.

The vision brings together film and television production, creative workspaces, new homes, public spaces and amenities within a vibrant neighbourhood. Purpose-built film studios will sit alongside homes, education spaces, shops and landscaped streets, creating a place where creativity, community and everyday life can exist side by side.

By embedding film production within the city, Camden Film Quarter aims to support the growth of the UK’s screen industries while creating new opportunities for local people. The development will also introduce new routes, green spaces and public places, helping to reconnect this currently fragmented industrial area with the surrounding neighbourhoods.

Together, these elements will create a distinctive new destination for Camden.
