Heathgate Residential
At ground level, the Heathgate buildings connect directly into new public spaces and walking routes across the site, making it easy for residents and neighbours to move through the area. This includes improved access towards Hampstead Heath and better connections to surrounding streets.
The building has also been designed with wellbeing in mind, including access to outdoor space, safe and secure entrances, and a layout that supports a sense of community among residents.
Heathgate comprises of two new residential buildings at Camden Film Quarter, designed to provide a mix of high-quality homes for local people. The taller of the two buildings is 22 storeys and the smaller is 16 storeys high.
The smaller of of the two buildings will contain 120 affordable homes, delivered by Places for People. The building is proposed to be made up of 31% three-bedroom homes, 32% two-bedroom homes and 38% studios and one-bedroom homes. The larger of the buildings will contain 120 homes for sale.
In both buildings, homes have been designed with everyday living in mind, with good natural light, practical layouts and access to shared outdoor spaces.
