FOR CAMDEN FILM QUARTER

New Neighbourhood

Challenging the idea of isolated studio campuses, Camden Film Quarter is conceived as a walkable, mixed new neighbourhood, where creative production, living, and leisure thrive side by side.

STUDIOS

Inner London’s first purpose-built film studio campus, combining world-class sound stages, post-production suites, and creative offices. Designed as an open campus with cafés, galleries, and a rooftop garden, the studios invite the public to experience film-making up close.

homes

Over 1,000 new homes across the masterplan, including 500 on Yoo Capital land in partnership with Places for People, the UK’s leading social enterprise, with 50% provided as affordable housing, designed with quality and community at their core. The homes feature family-friendly layouts, generous terraces, and shared gardens that foster a genuine sense of belonging.

EDUCATION HUB

A global first: two schools on site - the National Film and Television School (NFTS) and the London Screen Academy (LSA), offering world-class film and TV education within a live studio environment. Together, they create clear pathways from classroom to career.

Public Realm

A network of parks, plazas, and tree-lined streets inspired by Camden’s natural landscape and the hidden River Fleet. Public art, events, and outdoor screenings will make CFQ a year-round cultural destination.

Connectivity

A new pedestrian bridge will link Kentish Town to Hampstead Heath within minutes, opening up new routes for people and nature through the Camden Nature Corridor.
